Meet Your New Fitness Family

TJ Fabis - I have greatly improved my strength and technique during olympic and power lifting. Not only have I gotten stronger, but my endurance is so much better. Ive only been doing this for 8 months and I have already noticed a huge change. I still have a long way to go but I have seen tremendous value in the CrossFit Woodbridge programming.

Nick Cassano - Since I joined CFW and NBN, I have lost about 42 pounds. This includes the Whole 30 program I was on from Jan. - Feb. I plan to continue counting macros and the eating habits I currently have.

Paul Degere - When I started my A1C (Sugar Test) was 7.9 after 6 months my A1C is 6.1 - Normal A1C is 5.6. I have gained muscle, strength and endurance. I now can complete every rep and workouts, I can now do 30-40 sit-ups as well as 40 Pushups. I am even running 1 mile before each workout which I haven't done in 15 years.
