Conor Legere - Make a three month commitment to it. By then, you will have been doing it long enough to see real results. At the end of three months, look back at how far you’ve come. I guarantee that you will be capable of doing things you never thought you could when you started.

Saurabh Datta - My main aim was not to lose too much weight but to get stronger and build muscles. But coming regularly to Bootcamp and now to the CrossFit classes, I not only lost nearly 10lbs but also have become stronger. I used to struggle running and performing any type of AMRAP WOD but with consistent motivation and guidance from my coaches here, I have improved tremendously. My constant improvement helped me to progress from Bootcamp to CrossFit. Improved fitness has helped me immensely in my work. It has increased my concentration and stamina.
