Meet Your New Fitness Family

Conor Legere - Prior to Crossfit, I only practiced at school with my team or at home using my coaches’ training schedule. Most all my training was running. In day to day life, I’m more confident in my appearance and athletic ability. Crossfit gives me a feeling of accomplishment and self worth. I have more confidence to step up as a leader on my high school team. With regard to my sports, I can now pick up my 235 lb. motocross dirt bike without a worry and I have the strength to maneuver the bike better than ever before. For cross country, I went from a cross country time of 21:48 to 18:46. For track, I’ve set new personal bests in the 1000m and the mile, and my times continue to improve month over month.

TJ Fabis - I have greatly improved my strength and technique during olympic and power lifting. Not only have I gotten stronger, but my endurance is so much better. Ive only been doing this for 8 months and I have already noticed a huge change. I still have a long way to go but I have seen tremendous value in the CrossFit Woodbridge programming.

Maria Cuevas-Mehra - I am able to complete any workout, no matter how hard it seems.
